We were stuck on the side of the highway. Steve was fast and helpful and his tow truck was immaculate. He also diagnosed our car problem (clogged air filter) and towed us to the automotive store. His help saved us a tremendous amount of time as we would have had to stay over the weekend before we could get help from a mechanic.

I've been trying off and on for over a year to get Highlands Wrecker to program a new key FAB for my Dodge Dakota, the Secretary won't allow me to speak with Steve the owner I have to talk with the Son because he's the only one that can do the work, either the Secretary is not giving the son my many messages or he doesn't care about their customers I assume $25.00 they it would cost is not worth it to him. I wish someone else in Las Vegas would program key FAB. "No" in this review I did business with Highlands Wrecker I identified NO because Highlands Wrecker doesn't allow me to.

I would leave zero Stars if I could very rude mean uncaring. They could release my car to me with the paperwork I had but because I hurt when a gentleman's feelings he would not release my car. The officer even told him to release the car. With my ID. But because i was from Texas he wanted all this unnecessary paperwork. I love almost 3 hours away. He did not care that everything I owned was in my car. My ID my credit cards my purse and my phone. I had nothing . I even offered to pay his fee. But because i corrected him and made him mad because of his own mistake he would not release my car. I hope his family is never put in a situation like this and if they are I hope someone would help them get home. Unlike the people that wouldn't help me. ......Horrible place .......... Go else where if you can ....
